Our teachers serve as guides, creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences based on children's interests while encouraging independence, collaboration, and problem-solving. We also believe in strong partnerships with families, working together to support each child's growth in a caring and inclusive community.

What is Reggio Emilia Approach?
The Reggio Emilia Approach is a child-centered approach to early learning that sees children as capable, curious, and full of potential.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all curriculum, this philosophy follows each child’s natural interests. Teachers carefully observe what children are curious about and build learning experiences around those interests—making learning more meaningful and engaging.
In a Reggio-inspired classroom, children learn through hands-on exploration, creativity, and play. They are encouraged to express themselves in many ways—through art, movement, language, and problem-solving—helping them build confidence and a strong sense of identity.
The environment also plays an important role. Classrooms are thoughtfully designed to inspire discovery, independence, and collaboration, often referred to as the “third teacher.”
Most importantly, relationships are at the heart of this approach. Strong connections between teachers, children, and families create a warm, supportive community where every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn.
